TWD Recruitment Bonus Policy

Recruitment bonuses will be paid to anyone (TWD employees or other individuals) who refers an individual for employment with TWD that is hired and completes the three-month introductory employment period. Candidates must identify in writing the individual who referred them to TWD when they submit their employment application.

Upon successful completion of the three-month introductory employment period, the individual making the referral shall receive a recruitment bonus. The award levels for referrals are $1,250 for full-time vacancies and $625 for part-time vacancies. All bonuses paid to employees are subject to applicable federal and state tax withholding.

Higher bonuses, up to $2,500, for hard-to-fill positions are available at the company’s discretion.

TWD hiring managers, human resources personnel and vice presidents and above are not eligible for a recruitment bonus.
