2012 marks the 20th anniversary of TWD’s incorporation. Over the past 20 years, TWD has grown from a one man consultancy to over 270 employees; 89 percent of whom hold a U.S. government security clearance. TWD supports numerous federal agencies, such as the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Department of State (DOS), the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the U.S. Navy and the U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC). In 2003, TWD employees purchased the majority holding of the company from its founder, making it an employee-owned organization.
