“I am pleased so many of our former and current employees, customers and partners were able to celebrate TWD’s 20th anniversary at the reception,” said Larry Besterman, President and CEO, TWD. “It was truly a celebration of the incredible growth and achievements over the past 20 years – all made possible by the commitment and dedication of our exceptional employees.”

20th Anniversary Party2012 marks the 20th anniversary of TWD’s incorporation. Over the past 20 years, TWD has grown to almost 280 employees and over $50M in revenue. 2012 is the thirteenth year of TWD’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), allowing its employees to be truly invested in the work they do to support federal missions and benefit directly from the company’s success.

“Looking back to 1992, it’s astounding to think about the changes that we’ve seen in technology, in our customer’s missions and in the role of the federal government in our nation’s security. TWD employees can be proud that the technology systems and that we’ve installed, operated and maintained have contributed to meeting the national security mission, facilitated collaboration among our customers and other agencies and helped communicate the government’s message to the American people.”

120“As we look forward to our continued success, I want to thank all the members of the TWD team who have supported us and partnered with us over the past 20 years, as well as their families that supported them. As TWD continues to grow and thrive, it is important to remember and appreciate our foundation of providing excellent work to government missions and creating a company culture that supports and honors the talents of all our employees,”
added Besterman.
