From forecasting to maintaining budgets, agencies are required to track and document the obligations and expenditures of their contracts – simple or complex – to ensure that everyone, including contractors, meets their monthly and annual targets.

Our budget and finance team also is knowledgeable of the phases of the DoD Planning Programming and Budgeting System (PPBS) process that includes OMB 300s, Waterfall Charts, and OMB Budget Exhibits 52/53 as well as the system applications that support the development of this documentation such as the Program Resources-Integrated Solutions Management System (PR-ISMS) and predecessor systems such as the Financial Management Information System (FMIS).

TWD has been providing budget and finance support for the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Program Executive Offices since 1992, and for major weapons systems acquisitions that include the AEGIS Weapon System and its ancillary systems, the Standard Missile System, and the SEASPARROW Missile System.
