Budget and Finance

Managing the budget and finance aspects of any project can be a job in itself. But financial accountability, in particular for government contracts, goes beyond basic accounting. From forecasting to maintaining budgets, agencies are required to track and document the obligations and expenditures of their contracts – simple or complex – to ensure that everyone, including contractors, meets their monthly and annual targets.

TWD has an extensive history of providing operations services and expertise for our customers, including support for budget and finance. Our deep experience in the development and execution of the budget and finance aspects of government contracts includes personnel with well over 50 years of combined know-how that can help you develop, adjust, track, and document the details of your project budget and finance data accurately and effectively – while you focus on your business.

Leave the Financials to Us

TWD budget and finance subject matter experts are well-versed in regulations and directives that guide the development of budget and finance forecasts for all types of government contracts and agencies, with clear understanding of DoN, Department of Defense (DoD), FAR, and OMB.
