TWD has an extensive history of providing specialized acquisition and procurement services for all types of government customers and contracts, including support for defense weapons systems. Our personnel have well over 50 years of combined experience in developing, modifying, and tracking procurement requests for Department of Defense (DoD) programs, and are well-versed in DoN, DoD, and FAR regulations and directives that guide the development of all procurement requests and contract modifications. Our acquisition and procurement team also is proficient in the system applications that support the development of this documentation, including the Program Resources-Integrated Solutions Management System (PR-ISMS), Financial Management Information System (FMIS), Contract Data Management System (CDMS), and the former Standard Procurement System/Procurement Desk Top-Defense (SPS/PD2).
