Sandra Turner Bond
Vice President, Voice Communications TechnologiesSandra Turner Bond serves as vice president, Voice Communications Technologies. In this role she is responsible for TWD’s strategic direction and day-to-day operational management of the company’s solutions and services for telecommunications (voice, data, and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), telephony systems (e.g. Avaya, ShoreTel, and Cisco) and related unified communications applications. Ms. Bond has more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications and information technology (IT) industries, with extensive management expertise in strategic planning, network operations, customer service and business development.
Ms. Bond joined TWD in 2007 as part of the acquisition of HCI Technologies, Inc, where she served as vice president, Customer Service and Vendor Relations. In that capacity she directed a 7x24 customer service center, managed strategic accounts, and maintained corporate dealer programs. Ms. Bond started her telecommunications career at AT&T in New York City as an account executive, and successfully completed assignments in sales management, network operations, and human resources, as well as serving as branch manager for Federal civilian accounts, and general manager for more than 2000 commercial accounts in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and West Virginia.
Ms. Bond holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Smith College, a Master of Science in journalism from Boston University and a Master of Business Administration in public and private management from Yale University.
