Jennifer Luce

Vice President, Professional Services

Jennifer Luce leads TWD's Professional Services business unit, which is focused on change management, training and development, and program execution support services for federal clients. With more than 18 years of delivery expertise in the public and private sector, Ms. Luce manages and executes programs and projects focused on increasing efficiencies and delivering superior results for TWD’s clients.

Prior to leading Professional Services at TWD, Ms. Luce served since 2000 as vice president, Director of Operations for The Engle Group LLC (TEG), which was acquired by TWD in November 2012. Ms. Luce played a key role in developing the partnerships and solution offerings TEG brings to TWD, ensured delivery excellence on all TEG’s client engagements, and provided strategic and operational oversight of the firm’s financial, contracts, and human resources divisions. Ms. Luce joined TEG in 1996 as a front-of-the-room training instructor and quickly advanced to Director of Instructional Services in 1998, where she oversaw the design and delivery of IT training solutions for a broad spectrum of federal agencies including law enforcement, court systems, and international banking institutions.

Ms. Luce received a BS from Salisbury University and completed post-baccalaureate studies at Marymount University in pursuit of an MBA. She serves on an educational foundation board dedicated to improving children’s appreciation for science and technology.
