Bradley K. Stegman

Vice President, Program Operations

Bradley (Brad) K. Stegman joined TWD & Associates, Inc. (TWD) in December, 2011 to serve as Vice President of Program Operations. He is responsible for oversight, execution, and performance of all company programs and projects. Mr. Stegman brings more than 30 years of experience in executive management, program management, business development, decision making, and problem solving to this leadership role.

He has extensive experience leading high-performance teams on the delivery of projects over $100 million – on time and on budget – while exceeding mission requirements. Before joining the TWD team, Mr. Stegman held executive leadership positions at SAIC, Northrop Grumman, and BAE Systems.

Mr. Stegman holds a bachelor of science in business administration with a concentration in finance, and a master of business administration with a concentration in management from Old Dominion University in Virginia. He currently is pursuing a master’s certificate in Cybersecurity Policy at the University of Maryland.
