Our project managers, for example, are ITIL- and PMP-certified; our network engineers are Cisco-certified. Each member of our team has an individual development plan to gain additional relevant certifications and deeper expertise on a continuous basis.
• Standards – Our architecture standards are reviewed on a regular basis to stay current with new technologies that may enhance your infrastructure by increasing capability or reducing cost.

TWD performs our services in accordance with the industry-recognized Information Technology Information Library (ITIL) process, and use Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) compliant procedures in all aspects of our technical management. We partner with you to determine your infrastructure requirements, and ensure that agreed-upon change procedures are followed to ensure that infrastructure standards are not being violated.
