TWD has been selected as a prime contractor for the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE) contract. TWD and our teammates are ready to continue our record of providing the Department with the highest quality technology solutions and support services available.

Our support to DHS began shortly after the President of the United States established the Office of Homeland Security (OHS) in October 2001. We helped OHS build out its initial IT, voice, and video infrastructure in Building 3 at the Nebraska Avenue Complex (NAC) and have continued to grow with and adapt to DHS as it has grown. We have TWD personnel on-site at DHS facilities throughout the National Capital Area and beyond performing on a wide range of Operation & Maintenance (O&M) related tasks and systems integration projects. Under EAGLE we will continue to provide the same high level of service DHS has come to expect and will adapt to the ever changing needs of the Department.

Over the past 5 years, TWD has demonstrated the ability to simultaneously manage multiple, complex operations, maintenance, and system engineering projects for DHS in a multiple task order environment. Over the course of successfully managing to completion numerous IT, telecommunications, and VTC/multimedia projects, we have refined a comprehensive program management process that facilitates the kick-off of a project immediately after award, provides timely and accurate status of project completion during the execution of the project, and delivers high quality project results reliably and repeatedly.
