The Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) FirstSource program is a multiple award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract with an estimated value of up to $3 billion for IT products and solutions.

TWD is a subcontractor to Govplace, located in Irvine, California for this contract.

Contract Scope

The DHS FirstSource contract enables DHS to purchase a full array of information technology commodity products (hardware and software) and associated services.

Technology products include:

Networking equipment
Wireless technology
Imaging products
Voice recognition technology

Services include but are limited to:

Configuration consulting and design
Systems integration
Installation of multi-vendor equipment
Customization of hardware and software
Training, maintenance, and end-user support
