Department of Veterans Affairs T4

The Veterans Administration Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology (VA T4) is a five-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract that enables the VA to modernize services through transformational capabilities, systems engineering, and other solutions that span the entire range of life-cycle-based IT.

TWD is a subcontractor to CCSi, Inc. of Rockville, MD, a woman-owned small business founded in 1992 that specializes in program management, business process transformation, security and information assurance, and enterprise systems engineering.

Contract Scope

In June, 2011, the Department of Veterans Affairs announced the 14 awardees of the VA T4 $12B ID/IQ contract. This contract enables the VA to purchase IT products and services in support of the following lanes:

  • Program management
  • Systems and software engineering
  • Software technology demo and transition
  • Test and evaluation
  • Independent Validation & Verification (IV&V)
  • Enterprise network
  • Enterprise management framework
  • Cybersecurity
  • Operations and maintenance
  • Training
  • IT facilities
