Who We Are
TWD was founded in 1986. Driven by its commitment to provide quality, cost effective support, TWD grew significantly throughout the 1990s. We added staff, expanded our services and served an increasing number of clients.
In 2000, TWD, established an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and three years later, the employees purchased majority interest in the company.
Company leadership is a recognized and proven executive management team:
TWD's primary business is organized in three operational support groups - Department of Defense, Federal Services and Homeland Security. This customer based organization allows us to better focus the talents and background of our people. Our Engineering Center is matrixed to support the technology and engineering requirements of all three operational support groups. The Headquarters staff provides Contracts, Human Resources, Accounting and Finance, Corporate IT and Security.
